Troy Mayer has worked in the parking industry for over 18 years. As the General Manager for Platinum Parking, Troy has been influential in company acquisitions as well as new property startups. In his various roles before joining Platinum Parking, Troy has overseen parking operations that include mixed-use facilities, special events, hotels, and hospitals. Troy was the lead manager for the Northeast Ohio integration efforts when the Cleveland Clinic merged into one centralized contract for several hospitals in the Northern Ohio area. Troy has also been instrumental in leading many new service initiatives and increased several client-specific critical metric scores during his parking career.

Jim

Jim is a native of Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University with a B.S. In Business. After working for Owens-Corning Fiberglas corporation in Knoxville, TN and Indianapolis, IN he went to work for Therm-All, Inc. of Westlake, OH, moving from sales representative, to Operations Manager, to Marketing Manager. Jim started Sentry Protection Products for Therm-All in 1998, and purchased the company outright in 2010. Sentry Protection sells a variety of protective products including column, pallet rack and parking column protectors. Jim has been a member of the Cleveland Parking Association since 2008.

Over 20 years experience in real estate development, property management, capital planning and improvement with components of parking related structures and facilities. Various employment includes public, private and not for profit groups including The Office of Economic Development, City of Dayton Ohio. Loyola University Chicago. The Great Lakes Companies.

Mike Bockbrader has worked in the parking industry for 3 years. He is the Sales Executive for Oobeo. He covers the United States for Oobeo and is responsible for growing the business and developing and maintaining relationships in the parking industry. Prior to joining Oobeo Mike was a Commercial Real Estate agent.
